Q.

if the child drinks pomegranate juice everyday do their teeth has brown shades we brushed twice a day but the color is not going . still has brown color

A. Yes pomegranate can sometimes stain the teeth. Not for everyone though. Other thing which can stain the teeth are iron supplements. It will be a good idea to consult with a pediatric dentist to confirm it's because of the pomegranate and if there is any way to remove the stains.
