Sri Ganesh SelvakumarFather of 2 children3 weeks agoA. Actually it is not the epidural that causes back pain. The pain is because of the shift in our central axis due to the growing womb size during pregnancy and also due to breastfeeding wherein however comfortably we sit, we tend to bend while feeding. The core muscles of our body become weak. Core strengthening exercises (very gently) can be started with your ob/gyn advice.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 weeks agoA. Hi mom yes u may get pack pain after c section ... for this u can get ur back massaged with sesame oil. This will help to give relief. if pain is severe u can use belt for few days. do not lift the baby for long hours and do not lift anything heavy
