Q.

If only meftal-p is adviced by doctor and fever is not controlled even after 4 hours and chills started for baby can we give paracetamol?or any other precautions to be taken

A. Hello, your baby girl is 52 months old and she is having a fever so only meftal p will not reduce it but it needs proper antibiotic and plenty of fluids as well

A. meftal is superior to pcm give tempid sponging repeat the dose again In fever give pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor give tepid water sponging maintain hydration if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine
