if my baby boy of three month old is having skin infection near urin area ,can I give him vaccination dose of 10 th week?

of your pediatrician is willing to vaccinate then have it done

infact it is ok to delay vaccines up to 20 days or month.
so please wait.
keep that area clean.
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
avoid using diapers
maintain good hygiene
