if I pour 90 ml water and 3 scoops formula milk powder, that becomes around 110 ml, so it will be considered 90 ml or 110 ml, please clear my doubts

A. hello..it is considered 110 ml of milk if it is reaching 110 in the bottle.....you should exactly are 90 ml of water ..first add powder then water. then shake well it reduces then you can adjust it to 90ml
