Q.

if i have thyroid can i take sabja seeds for weight loss.if yes how much quantity and when to take? can i take daily

A. yes you can take sabja seeds daily about 2 teaspoon of soaked seeds in a day however this alone will not help in weight loss you will have to monitor your calorie and fat intake and it has to be reduced in order to achieve weight loss also and healthy processed high fat sugar and salt containing food and beverages should be avoided good fibre intake and lean sources of protein adequate exercise

A. yes you can take sabja seeds... twice in a day... you can also consume omega 3 fatty acids which are really good in in reducing the thyroid glands problem...and please speak to the doctor is well for having the prescribed thyroid medicine

A. Yes you can also You may take lemon and honey in warm water in the morning avoid oily outside and Bakery products consume all fruits and vegetables with every meal do Surya Namaskar exercise in the morning it will help to tone body muscles and reduce food cravings
