Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. 4 months baby not passing stool more than 3 days There is no need to use any medicines for constipation in babies below the age of 6 months a baby can go without passing stool even after 8 to 10 days also it is common in babies of this age

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. If your baby is only being breastfed they may not poop every day. This is because their body can use up almost all the components of breast milk for nutrition and there is very little left that needs to be eliminated. After the first 6 weeks or so they can go even a week or two without a poop.
