Q.

if achild can listen only songs on mobile but don't respond on parents voice,what does it mean,is child is suffering from any disease

A. the baby is more than two years of age at this age 13 must be lot of emotional bonding between the child and parent child living at least some of the comments of the parents is the baby is like in only music nothing else definitely baby is in need of proper evaluation
