There There is no medicine for a six month old child if a child is Covid positive just to supplement the doctor will put rice you you should be giving those of supplements only to the child like multivitamins and all these things apart from that just take proper care of your child that’s it keep feeding from time to time and if your child has fever then give fever medicine
