Q.

if a child is given vaccination against pneumonia, is there any chance to get pneumonia by the age of 3 years? my daughter was having cough and was kot responding to medicines. today when consulted again the doctor said that she is having mild pneumonia. her chest xray was also taken.

A. the vaccination is given for pneumococcal pneumonia but there are other multiple causes of pneumonia also so that can occur in the child. More proper information and answer regarding this will be given by your personal doctor and you can contact your doctor for this You can check with the nearest doctor. Take care.
