Yes to some extent but have a healthy diet and avoid fried junk spicy gassy foods and sweets drink lots of water and also drink a glass of water before feeding the baby and also chew some fennel seeds while feeding the baby to avoid any inconvenience to the baby. Also have a teaspoon of Ajwain with some warm water in the evening. Massage your stomach gently and foment with a hot water bag and if the problem persists Consult your gynaecologist she can guide you better after examination and analysis
