if a baby crawling on clean surface and touch his mouth with his hand is it safe or not

A. See sometimes you do feel that it is a clean surface but at the end of the day or the other dirt particle is there and if the child is going to keep a dirty hand into the mouth there can be a possibility of catching up stomach infection as well
