Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors ajgnd nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much if baby is active and having food properly and also baby should sleep at least 8 to ten hours per day and baby should sleep in afternoon too for few hours.
