Q.

iam using lactare powder to boost my milk this is my 5th day but there is no improvement present iam feeding 50ml per day remaining formula milk for my 2 months old baby should I still wait for improvement

A. only suckling reflex stimulates breastglands immediately to produce more milk. give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed more frequently. avoid formula or any other source of milk

A. Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
