The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. When you resume with your periods after your delivery initial six months can be little tough for some women the periods are a regular the flow is heavy sometimes it’s very light so it it is good if you check with your gynaecologist on this one time
