Iam Mom of premature twin baby boys.Here age has 7th month just came.Here weight is 7 kgs.Please suggest which type of solid foods can introduce.

Suji Ki Upma Halwa ragi and oats can also be given to the child along with their porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato mashed sweet potato fruits and or vegetables both of them of any of the coin seasonal or exotic and also you should go ahead with giving good amount of the roots
