Iam feeling fever from yesterday but my body temp is 97.5 and my body is also paining so can i breast feed my 4 month old daughter.As i have taken paracetomol will it effective.

A. you have normal body temperature but still if you have taken Paracetamol there is no harm and you can continue to breastfeed your baby and regular intervals but keep yourself hydrated
