Q.
iam delivered a baby boy by vaccum extraction. after that i had a difficulty to urinate smoothly. bladder muscles are weak i think. is it curable?

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom it will take few months to get recover from this you can also ask your gynecologist for few exercises which will tighten the muscles with time this is the only thing which will help you like you contract the muscles of your urine place and then hold it for few minutes and then release it you have to do this process again and again and you can also ask your doctor for few more exercises
