Q.

iam breastfeeding my baby 5times perday due to giving solid foods is it enough for this month.

A. In 7 months, you should feed semi solid foods 3 small quantities a day and 5-6 times breastfeeding. If he is having enough milk per feed then, this much intake will be fine. Just make sure he gets full after your feed. Also, give variety of foods for healthy growth and development.
