iam breastfeeding mother I have a constipation blood in stool can I take sodium picosulfate oral syrup?

A. Hai good afternoon !! Constipation is common in few of them post delivery. Instead using suppositaries try having more water,fluids . Soak dry figs or dry dates in 100-150 ml water overnight have it in the morning with empty stomach ,then have warm water and walk . Having papaya ,pear,bottle gourd,ridge gourd ,ragi,jowar these foods increase bowel movements avoid constipation.
