iam breastfeeding mother and from last few weeks i observed lump in my breast is it anything to worry?

During a time of breastfeeding it happens and this is totally normal but you have to press your breast regularly it will help to dissolve the lumps. And while taking bath With warm water you have to press your breast it will also help in dissolving the lumps in your breast.
