Q.

iam able to express only 60 ml per 2 hour session. my baby is 4 months old. is the quantity very less for my baby?

A. actually you can feed the baby on demand usually babies doesn't stay hungry if baby tummy is not full they will be very cranky and they will start crying and they get irritated and sleep also will be less you observe so you can consult your doctor and also you can take shatavari powder to increase your breast milk as well as intake of food should be very good
