iam a breastfeeding mom of 1 year old baby from morning my right breasst is paining alott what's the reason plzzz anyone tell me I give milk daily from both sides

A. Hello dear parent, we'll ypu can do hot fomentation on your breast. Using towel dipped in hot water and massage on to your breast. As that would help in melting down the milk that is rzen in the breast. If that is not the case and still feeling then must Consult with your gynaecologist.
