iam 39 weeks 3 days pregnant now I don't have signs for labor what can I do for getting pains

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. since you have completed 39 weeks it would be better to get induced so consult with your doctor for induction and get the delivery done as your baby is stable now to adjust with the external environment

U Wait for 3 to 4 more days if the labour does not trigger on its own you can ask your doctor or as of now if you’re a hurry you do not want to be then you can ask your doctor to induce pain or you can go for a sweep stretch that helps in triggering label within 48 hours so you can try that also after consulting your doctor
