iam 33 days postpartum . my tear stitches has opened a little bit. I consulted doctor a week ago and she mentioned I continue using a cream called mega heal and that it may take more time like 2 months atleast, to heal and join on its own. but iam concerned. is there any other options that can be done for faster healing and closing of the tear.
