IAm 23 years old my problem was I going Tirupathi on 25-6-2022 I didn't get my periods they have any medicine to get periods immediately please tell me doctor

no
such Medicines should be taken under supervision of gynecologist only
so please don't try self medication.
visit your gynecologist for this.
and to induce your menses Early,you can eat raw papaya or mixture of jeggary+dry ginger powder+ ajwain seeds + sesame seeds in one tsp quantity twice in a day
