iam 2 year 7 month baby girl mother know iam planning for next baby.....we are trying last two months bt their is no positive result .or jbse hum try kar rhe hai mere periods one month delayed ho gye hai bt no positive result plzzz give me any suggestions about my periods kya m koi tablets le skti hun periods ke liye

A. don't worry. it may take some time . Before you officially start trying, get a checkup. Ask your doctor about prenatal vitamins that have folic acid , which helps protect against some birth defect It's good advice to lay in bed for 10 to 15 minutes after intercourse Destress yourself Exercise daily

A. hello if you are planning for the baby it can take time but not to worry you can also once check with your gynecologist and she will be able to guide you accordingly with a proper examination which should be better and absolutely nothing to worry
