Q.

I weighed 63.1kgs on July 25th and now yesterday (almost after 3 weeks) I weighed 65.6kgs. According to Ideal weight gain (increment of 0.5kg per week), i should have weighed 64.6kgs; however my weight is 1kg more than the expected weight. How should I control it??

A. Hi You don't follow what's normal. because weight gain is different for each person. so just focus on eating healthy which is natural, home cooked foods . avoid sugar. sweets, junk, fried foods . stay happy practice positive affirmations. All the best !
