i was stopped feeding yesterday my chest was too heavy and cant able to carry my baby too is their any sol for this it was too pain till i couldn't sleep by any direction. pls get ne some solution?

A. If you are not feeding your child you should express the milk out. After thecregular express the milk to prevent from accumulating or to prevent from lump in breast. Consult a lactation expert or your gynec for same.
