I was on gestone injection during my pregnancy.Now my baby is 1 year old but I hv got ball like on my hips which come n go giving pain and also I want to reduce my belly fat but its not working.plz suggest me

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician5 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 14 months old and you had hormonal injections during your pregnancy so that might be the cause of bumps at your hips so go for hips exercises and brisk walking and reduces fats in your diet

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl5 years agoA. Try yoga it wil help.. you may start with basic exercises like walking. Atleast one hour of walking every day czn give you good results. You can also do basic yoga exercises regularly especially surya namaskaram, pranayma these are very beneficial of your body is really fit then you can also go the gym for workout. Start with very simple firm of exercise
