Q.

I wanted to share diet plan for 10 month old boy. At 7am when he wakes up I give him formula milk, then at 11 I give him ragi with banana. At 1 I give him rice + dal powder porridge with carrot mixed. Then at 4 I give him milk. At 6.30 or so again mashed apple/ egg yellow. At 9 I giv me him formula milk. Is this correct am I giving him enough food and nutrients?

A. Hello mom Would suggest to give as much as possible solids to the baby you can initially start of with a good breakfast and you can give fruits if you want to give something in pre breakfast time and then give breakfast a good solid like a ragi as you have mentioned and then in mid-morning you can get some snack or fruit Or steamed vegetables also would be fine or a small snack apart from that you can give a proper lunch and then evening as you’re giving milk is good enough dinner also filling enough dinner is good enough as well
