i wanted to knw if it is normal to hav semi solid mustardy yellow stools for 4 month old feed on formula .....

A. Yes no worries. .if the poo consistency is watery or foamy or smelly then check for baby's intake that should be the problem and treat it accordingly And change baby's food or other food intake. Also ensure to give digestion medicines asking your doctor. Otherwise if consistency is fine no issues
