I wanted to know the right weight measure for my pregnancy. currently, my weight is 70kg and my height is 5feet'2 inch. According to me it exceeded my weight. please recommend an ideal weight for me to maintain a healthy pregnancy.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. during pregnancy the weight management is not according to your height and weight it is monitor from the first day of your pregnancy and each month you should have at least 1 kg weight gain and not more than that
total 11 kg weight gain should be present during pregnancy
