I wanted to know how many meals to start with for baby after completing 6 months? any particular time I should feed him? Can I give him water after 6 months? what will be the best food to start?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You can start with two times and that too keep the quantity less and avpid ocer feeding and initially start with light and easily digestible foods and s5art few sipsof water and keep feeding your baby well
