Calcimax and Zincovit best for calcium and multivitamin plus zinc I am suggesting which is what I give to my own child as per doctors recommendation but Iβm not very certain have you checked with your doctor first or not that should you be giving supplement so please itβs very important that you give supplements as per your doctors recommendation so please talk to them about it
