Q.

I want to train my 20 days old to sleep in bed .he sleeps well in jhula .as I have jhula in my mum house but not in my house .m afraid after I return to my house this habit of sleeping wud affect my child .need help

A. Newborns will have difficulties in sleeping and swing reminds them of the time in womb which is calming and comforting for them. 1. You can try a window hanger cradle which you can carry where ever you go and easily shift in any room.(including photo) 2. Let the baby play till they are tired and rock them to sleep in hand and shift them to bed ( Which doesnot work always as they wake up when u shift to bed) 3. You can feed them on bed and they will fall asleep (not suggested till 3 months atleast as it is easy for them to aspirate, means chance of milk to enter the airway is more) Personally for my baby I am using swing and shifting her in half an hour or so when she is deeply asleep.

A. make him sleep with you..hug him or hold hom close yo you..bany sleeps more with warmth of mother..first you can make him sleep in lap then move on bed..
