Q.
I want to stop breastfeeding . my baby is 10 mnths old . plz help me in giving ideas.. he totally refuses bottle and at night im really having trouble in feeding n he gets up in every hour.

Hello ma’am If you have good amount of breastfeed and sufficient breastfeed then I would advise you to continue feeding your child till the age of 2 to 2 1/2 years possibly. Other than that if you want to give up on it then you have to reduce down the number of breastfeed that you are giving to your child on an everyday basis and slowly gradually consult your gynaecologist or paediatrician wherein they can advise you some medicine which will help in drying up your breast feed
