i want to stop breastfeeding for my twin babies. They are 15 months old babies. which foods are best to give at middle of the night. thank you

It’s not advisable to give food in the middle of the night it is going to spoil the teeth and gums of your child milk is still a much safer option so if you do not want to give breastfeeding then give powder milk and if you don’t want to give anything replace milk with water that would be a good option
