Q.

I want to sell a Spectra 2 electric breast pump which was bought in Dec 21 and has 2 years warranty. Let me know if anyone is interested. Bought for 13,500… give away can be negotiated on phone.

A. hi dear There are various reasons for lumps and bumps in a lactating breast. One of the most common is a blocked duct, clogged by milk, causing a hard lump that may be sore and tender. Massage the affected area, especially when feeding or expressing, to help release the blockage.
