I want to reduced my tummy and weight

A. Hi, would suggest you to try some easy exercise, yoga or go for a walk along with healthy and balanced diet. include more of homecooked foods, variety of whole grains, dals and pulses, fresh and seasonal fruits and veggies, milk and milk products, healthy fats in portions, and adequate water and good sleep cycle. add small mid-meals after 2 hours gap, and regularize your meal timings. avoid refined flour / maida recipes, processed and junk foods, carbonated beverages, excess salt, sugar and fats in your meals.

A. Hi dear. have warm water or jeera water in the morning in empty stomach. Avoid carbs and replace with brown rice n millets. Avoud junk food and have healthy snacks. Avoid sugars and use natural sweeteners. These few changes wil sure help you lose weight easily. Millets or brown rice czn be replaced for white rice. Also do some yoga it can help

A. You can try certain yoga postures for tummy. Also if you losse body weight automatically tummy weight too will get reduced you may start with basic exercises like walking. Atleast one hour of walking every day czn give you good results. You can also do basic yoga exercises regularly especially surya namaskaram, pranayma these are very beneficial of your body is really fit then you can also go the gym for workout. Start with very simple firm of exercise
