I want to know which milk is good for 2-3years baby nangrow or enfagrow I was in abroad and I use to give Nido for my daughter which has given good results in return but now in India I am not sure about the milk.. can someone suggest me good option

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. Both are equally good.. can give any one. But as your baby is more than two.. it's best to give cow milk.. cow milk is much better after one year of age, as suddenly baby shifts from formula to cow milk it contains nutrients required after one year of age.

s madaanMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl6 years agoA. As your baby is above two years of age you should not give your baby any formula now instead start with any animal or packet milk for the baby that will be better if you want to continue with the formula then both are really good for babies
