Q.

I want to introduce formula milk to my 3.5 months old child (only one feed a day as i m joining work, other feeds ill be breatfeeding her) .. Doc had suggested me to use Similac plus. But i forgot the water and formula ratio per feed.. Can you please guide.

A. hi parent generally one scoop of powdr to 30 ml.of water is the ration but please Breast feed jer more and try to improve the quality and quantity of breast milk by taking supplements take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky
