I want to give vitamin c to my six months old baby so how can I give? in supplements form or food which will be better? please suggest

A. Dear Mom You can give vitamin C rich foods like orange juice, mosambi pulp, amla juice mixed in jaggery, tomatoes, kiwi You do not need to give supplements, as food can give you enough vitamin C
