I want a healthy diet chart for 3.7 yrs old for weight gaining

A. In 3.7 years, you should feed 3 main meals, 2-3 times healthy snacks and 500-600 ml milk everyday to the baby. There are variety of foods that can be included in baby's diet like oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, chicken and fish curry with rice, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, pan cake, waffle, boiled egg, omelette, curd, buttermilk, coconut water, tofu, etc.
