the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg

Look your child should eat each and everything whatever you are traditionally making at home there is no specific diet for the child and in this age we normally suggest you to make your child sleep by 9 o’clock if you can maintain a proper schedule and that’s how you can go ahead with it so that’s how you’ll have to set a schedule for your child on your own
