I usually feed my preemie baby every 2 hours irrespective of whether she is crying for hunger or not. but during night if I am on deep sleep and miss to feed her, she does not even cry if not being feed for 4hrs as well. do I need to consult doctor for this?

A. Not necessary. Sometimes babies sleep longer without feed through the night. Your baby should be peeing anywhere between six to ten times a day which means the baby is taking feeds properly. If not then u may consider waking up in between and feeding the baby without feeding long gaps. Also there should be a gradual weight gain. Keep a check on these factors.
