Q.
I USG report it is found that few small peripheral follicles arranged in both ovaries with increased stromal echogenicity and polycystic appearance of both ovaries. any need to get worry??

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician6 years agoA. hi, you are a expectant mother.the structure of ovary during pregnancy could be different as to support the pregnancy,USG finding is suggestive of disease called PCOD or PCOS but it's associated with difficulty to conceive.so kindly take a opinion of your gynacologist and mostly repeat the USG after delivery.
