Q.

I used to give rice to my one year old baby. In my home we used to cook rice in alternative days so can i give yesterday's rice to my baby??

A. avoid stale food . Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

A. Yes occasionally you can give. but better to give fresh foods give a balanced diet containing all food groups like milk cereals pulses dry fruits fruits green leafy vegetables milk products Milk intake around 500ml a day all nutritious foods

A. Hello and good evening no you should prepare ice on the very same day and then give it to the baby because if you give the child rice which has been prepared one day before it will cause gastric trouble

A. You should not give your baby anything which is cooked a day have a go it is not good for the health of the baby you should try to give your baby freshly prepared food only
