Q.
I used Lactare capsules along with domstal for 10 days. Results were good during that time.. now after 2 days of course completion, again facing insufficient breast milk. can I continue taking capsules? like atleast one in a day.

U You have to continue with the supplement if you need to because all the lactation tablets do not work for a really long time so if you are sorted with that and if you’re okay with taking them for a longer duration then you can take it for a month or so also
