A. this could be eczema, I would advise you to get it checked from your doctor to rule it out. the treatment is very different for it. please ignore if you already have taken medical advice

Bhurabi BharaliMom of a 12 yr old boy8 years agoA. you should wipe clean the area regularly with clean and wet muslin cloth... and then dry it up completely by pat dry with dry muslin cloth... If you want you can apply some powder on the area.. but don't apply too much... repeat this 4-5 times a day... generally the areas like folds ...ie.. neck, underarms, elbows, knees, Diaper area, etc are prone to sweating a lot.. hence resulted into rashes very often... so maintain hygiene and cleanliness often in those areas from the starting...

Swati KhandelwalMom of a 10 yr old girl8 years agoA. Rashes are common in babies till 3 to 5 months. Due to different reasons....hormonal changes in the mother, food, oil, creams, soaps etc....nothing to worry till they are not yellowish or accompanied with fever...they should come and go...try changing baby soap or cream
